Hey Mama! If you've recently swapped your bump for a bub, or you're returning to exercise for the first time post-pregnancy, this program will get you moving safely and comfortably. Work up a sweat with low impact exercises designed just for you. With a focus on gentle core rehab and full-body toning to build your strength back up, you're in good hands. This program is in three parts so you can gradually progress from lying down to standing exercises. You can repeat each part as many times as you like until you feel ready to move on.
Gemma has been a part of the Barre Body team since 2013. She's an ex-dancer turned Pilates and Barre obsessive, and a mum to a very busy toddler. Having walked the postpartum path herself, she knows first-hand the joys and challenges that come with this journey. She's passionate about supporting new (and not so new!) mums to find their groove again.
