FOUNDER OF BARRE BODY

Founder and creator of Barre Body, Emma is a big advocate for online workouts. Since moving her beautiful family from Bondi to Mullumbimby, she’s kept up her fitness from home and knows the power of just 10 minutes of magic! She trained as a yoga teacher and had a very dedicated Ashtanga practice for years. When she started incorporating some barre conditioning into her workouts after the birth of her first baby, she was hooked! There was no one else doing barre in Australia so she decided to make it happen.
