How do I cancel my account?
You can manage your subscription through your account settings. Click the menu icon in the top right corner, then click dashboard, billing, active plan, change plan, scroll down and click cancel. You can also click here to get there.


How do I add/change my credit card details?
You can manage your payment details through your account settings. Click the menu icon in the top right corner, then click dashboard, billing, payment method, add your card, save card. You can also click here to get there.


I’m having trouble making a payment:
Please consider the following:
-You may have insufficient funds in your bank account
-You may have entered the wrong card number by mistake
-Your card may have expired
-Your bank may have declined the transaction. This can sometimes happen with international transactions. Please check with your bank.


Are there pre/post natal workouts?
Yes! We have a number of videos that are suitable for both pre and postnatal clients. You can find these through the ‘Category’ filter. There is also a prenatal and postnatal program in the ‘Program’ section. Barre is a fabulous exercise for pre and post natal clients - watch for modifications and stop or take pauses when you need to. Always consult your doctor or physician.


How do I change my subscription?
If you wish to change your subscription, you can do this through your account settings. Click the menu icon in the top right corner, then click dashboard, billing, scroll down to active plan, change plan. You will see your active plan, click cancel and then choose the plan you wish to activate. You can also click here to get there.


How do I change my password?
You can manage your login details through your account settings. Click the menu icon in the top right corner, then click dashboard, profile, type your current password, then type your new password, save changes. You can also click here to get there.


How do I change my name, email or add a photo?
You can manage your login details through your account settings. Click the menu icon in the top right corner, then click dashboard, profile. You can add a photo by clicking on the camera icon, change your name or you email and then click save changes. You can also click here to get there.


Do you have an App?
Yes, you can find our App through the App store or Google play. Simply search for ‘Barre Body Online’.


My videos won’t play:
-Check your Internet connection and ensure you have a stable connection.
-Refresh or close the website/app.
-Try updating your browser to the latest version.
-Use Chrome over Safari where possible
-Check that your cookies aren’t set to ‘blocked’ and clear your cache

I’ve never done barre before, is it suitable for beginners?
Yes! we have a huge range of workouts that are suitable for complete beginners. You can use the ‘Level’ filter to access beginner workouts. You can also filter by ‘Duration’ and choose shorter videos to suit your needs.


I’m not flexible, will I still be able to participate?
There's no flexibility required! We don't discriminate. Our workouts are tailored for varying levels of fitness and ability. You'll find your flexibility starting to increase after a few classes, and we also have 'stretch' classes to help you in your journey!


What equipment do I need?
Our workouts are organised into 2 categories: with and without equipment. You can use the ‘equipment’ filter to select which you prefer. We use chairs, balls, blocks, 1kg and 2kg weights, bands, sliders and sometimes bolsters. All equipment can be purchased from our online shop. Alternatively, there are numerous options to use items within your home to give the same effect.


Do you offer nutrition plans?
Not at the moment.


How do the programs work?
Our program section is a great way to get started and commit to your workout. Each program is designed differently depending on what you are looking for. Each program outlines the classes you should do each day/week and makes it easy for you to follow along. It records your progress as you go so you can stay on track.


Can I watch my workouts on a TV screen?
You can connect your app to your smart TV using AirPlay or if you’re using a browser, you can cast to your TV with Chromecast.


Can I play music during the workouts?
Some of our workouts have background music, but others come with a suggested playlist. You will need a second device to be able to access our playlists. You can play your own music, or look at our range on spotify here!


I forgot my password:
Oops! Easy to fix. Click the ‘forgot password’ option under your email on the sign in page and we will email you a link to reset it. Be sure to check your junk folder too.


I didn’t receive the welcome email with my login details:
Please email online@barrebody.com.au and we can assist.


I can’t log in, my email or password isn’t recognised:
Please double check the spelling of your email and password. If you’re still stuck, email us at online@barrebody.com.au.


Can I get a refund if I cancel in the middle of the month?
All subscriptions are paid in advance of the upcoming month. If you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of your month, you will lose access and not be eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
