• Every Sunday you’ll be sent 5 workouts to slot into your week, easy click-to-calendar style.
• Each will last 20 minutes. (Quick but super punchy, with a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it warm up and no warm-down.)
• Sessions hone a single area each day: arms, glutes, legs, core, then cardio. By the end of week, you’ve comprehensively buzzed your entire body. Boom!
• Four all-star teachers headline one week each.
• It’s going to be delicious but intense. Still, we think you’re ready for that jelly (w/e Beyoncé).
• Choose your own (musical) adventure by picking either door A (pre-recorded tunes) or door B (your own playlist).
