Today, Barre Body’s repertoire has expanded, making us the ultimate destination to tone and shape your body. We’ve reimagined the modern workout. You can access Barre, Yoga, Power Pilates, Cardio, Stretch (and more!) classes from one of our breathtaking studios, or you can join us from the comfort of your bedroom, living room, local park, or open plan office (ok, maybe not there).

At Barre Body, we’re big on love, and low on fuss. Our classes cater to beginners through to advanced, and often use light weights, simple equipment and the barre (or a chair) to hone your physique and keep your workouts dynamic. If you want to keep it simple, we have over 100 superb equipment-free workouts, so all you need to get started is the space of a pilates or yoga mat.
We offer video tutorials and programs with modifications for pre and post-natal workouts, as well as support if you’re returning from injury or just getting back into exercise. You’re always in charge, so you can take all of our classes and programs at your own pace. We offer workout lengths from 10-60 minutes, so there’s always enough time to come play with us.
